Settlement Reached for a 9-year-old lawsuit over car crash

Cleveland- A couple finally settles their nine-year-old lawsuit against Ford Motor Company while also dropping their claim that a design flaw was the cause of a crippling car crash. Both parties choose not to reveal details of the settlement reached. The couples’ attorneys blamed the crash on a defect that caused their crown Victoria to speed up without warning as they left their Cleveland driveway. The car crashed into the house.
